Hi all
This weeks comic was actually conceived a few years ago. You know how some people, read 'signs' in their environment to tell them what is happening. I vaguely remember some TV show where these two people were lost in the wilderness and one guy made a compass with a cup of water and a pin that he somehow managed to magnetize.
I know what you are thinking (if you are a giant nerd), "that's not so far fetched, using a magnetized pin and water actually works". Well let me ask you this… how many guys do you know who carry around pins when they go into the wilderness? Yeah, I thought so.
Anyway, I thought this would be a suitable adventure for my fictional explorers, and as my friends would be happy to tell you, my sense of humor probably belongs in the toilet anyway.
There will be more adventures from these two intrepid explorers in the future, but for now this is it.
Now to me! I had a great day yesterday. I played tennis with some friends, on and off for about 7 hours. I was exhausted! Then we went out for dinner to a Vietnamese place, and my friends were the only Vietnamese people there (who weren't staff).
At the table next to us, there were 2 gay guys on a date. It was kind of funny, not because they were gay, but because they were the same (exactly) as a straight couple on a date. Although, I really wouldn't know much about the dating scene. We left as they were on their second bottle of wine.
