Hi All
Sorry for the late post! This is the first time EVER I have not updated the comic on a Sunday. To make matters worse, it looks like it will be late again next week! I am still without phone and therefore without interent at hte new place. This has some obvious ties into the comic for this week. A guy from Telstra came over and gave me the good news that the builder neglected to connect the house to the phone lines running on teh other side of the road.
Now I have no idea how much work this will involve to get it going but it looks like I have at least a few days befor emy phone works. That means a few more days still before I can get internet connected and a few more days before that starts working too.
For 3-4 days our new place was without power too! As much as I like candle light, I did not enjoy going to bed at 9pm becaus eit was too dark to do anything else! Anyway, now that we have lights, i have uploaded some photos from the new house. Check these out. I also have one of the car.
DEEPEST Apologies to my loyal subscribers, you will get an email, but it won't be the usual newsletter. I am attempting to get my internet connected as fast as I can and as soon as it is connected I will be back on track. I am also looking forward to getting a real desk rather than sitting on teh sofa, but that is for another day.
