Hi All

Before I talk about myself (as I tend to do), I would like to mention a few things about my little Penguin Art project. First of all I would like to thank Jill, sorry I don't know much else about you, but Jill also bought a T-shirt from the Penguin Art Store! I really never thought it would be this popular! So thanks again Jill (and Alfred, my first customer!).

The shirts I ordered got delivered to my parents place a few days ago, so I will head up there to pick it up next weekend. So expect a late comic on sunday. I am really looking forward to seeing them. My main concern is about quality, as I have mentioned before. I have been assured that the shirts are excellent and durable, and that the designs will look amazing, but seriously, would any company say "Hey, our product is not that good, infact I wouldn't buy it". So the proof, for me at least, will be in the items I bought for myself.

Ok, now to me. I do not have BIG plans for new years, but I do have plans. It is my friends birthday today, and initially I was going to do something with him, but after asking and asking, he kept saying he wasn't going to do anything. So when my cousin said he was going to have a BBQ at his place I agreed. Wouldn't you know it, same day, my friend called and said he was doing a new years party (not birthday party) and asked if I wanted to come. So I'm really sorry man! Next time a couple more days warning and I'll be there. AND HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Christmas was great, the highlight, other than the fantastic food and family, would have been the work we did in the backyard. My brother and I helped my dad dig out and even out some land that he is building a pergola on. We clearer out the grass and plants, and evened out the ground as much as possible, then my brother went Jaimie Durie on us. He called up some rock yards and found a place that had some crushed rock. We got 5 trailer loads before the place closed for christmas. Then on the wednesday after christmas, we did another 5 trailer loads and filled in the pergola. I'm sure he would have gone and got the sand and pavers if he had time. I am not even close to being a handy man, especially since I live in an apartment and so there is nothing really to do. Needless to say my delicate computer operating hands took some damage that week.

Look forward to more comics and intrigue next year.
