Hi everyone!
Lots of stuff going on this week:
First, I have been working on my newsletter, It is still by no means complete, but at least it is getting somewhere. After some feedback, I have decided to go with a HTML newsletter, and I'll stick with it until enough people complain. I personally don't mind HTML in my email, as long as it's not spammy. If you haven't already.. signup for my newsletter now. You get to find out what I'm doing with the site, and what's coming up, as well as getting notified when the new comic is out.
I have also been scouting for a T-shirt manufacturer that will be able to sell my penguinart.net shirts. I have looked at a few and have come up with the one I think is the best:

I liked this the best for a few reasons. It has a decent range of shirts, and they are not too expensive. They have a great interface for creating designs, I mean REALLY GREAT!, and their shopfront (my shopfront) is not overly branded, making it easy to integrate into my own site (maybe next week).
Others I looked at were:
Cafepress - the free service is too limited, the design interface is OK, but not great, lots of shirts have limitations, eg print on the front only, no printing on sleeves, and the shopfront is not easy to integrate with my (minimilistic) design.
99dogs.com - This site SHITS ME. It has better prices than Cafepress (although less variety), in my opinion, it has some better quality products too, but the site itself is... ametuerish. I did not want to direct people to the shop front. Also, the flash application they used for the design interface regularly crapped itself and hung. It's a shame because I really liked the products.
Anyway, I have started designing, and should have some shirts to view and buy soon.
In the mean time, this comic is an obvious parody of the got beef and got milk campaigns. I thought as a powerful overlord, I need to start endorsing products, and as a penguin, Fish is my product of choice.
 Also this weekend, my girlfriend and her Sister and Neice are going to see "Our Kylie". In Australia we have this thing about owning anyone famous who has spent some time in Australia. Mel Gibson, and Hugh Jackman are examples. Kylie is definitely "Our Kylie" though. She is from Australia, and her family are still here. She even started out on an Australia TV show (Neighbors) where she played a mechanic called Charlene (pictured right). Anyway, she has certainly moved up in the world, and the girls are going to see her live in concert tonight. I of course am not. No offence to "our Kylie" but her music is not my style... and I'm sure she appreciates my opinion... or even cares... or even knows.
I am going to be at home working on some comics for christmas. I am going to my parents place for christmas, and aside form not having the necessary tools to help me create these comics, I just don't want to do any work over the holidays. So look forward to shorter blogs, as I will be busy drinking, eating and being merry.
