Sorry I'm late putting this one online, I was at my Brothers wedding. It is the first Morning/Lunch time wedding I have been to (I think), and I think it worked well. My speech was well received even though I was nervous, and My brother got through it in one piece. Full Details later, I have more drinking and partying to do!

Oh yeah, and sorry about the typo (drink to drink to forget) I will fix it on tuesday when I am back home.

OK, I'm back home, still got heaps to do, but I suppose I have time to give an update. First, I am sorry about the original comic, I usually double/triple check them before I post them on the site, but I have been really REALLY busy. My brother got married, the wedding went well and it would seem that everyone had a good time. My speech ( which I pieced together from material I found through Google), went down well, and I didn't even resort to pretending I forgot the wedding rings.

I have to say though, it seems the pressure is on for me to follow suit! Being single, both my girlfriend and I were called to the stage for the throwing of the bouquet/garter (respectively). It seems my girlfriend was giving me a little hint by shoving the other single ladies out of the way and taking a diving catch for the bouquet. Funnier still was the victory dance at the end!

To follow up that spectacle, my brother threw the garter, and no one moved. In fact, it almost landed on someones head who threw it back up, and so a game of hot potato started where no one was willing to claim the garter. I was no where near it, but in what was clearly a pre-planned move, my brothers friends threw the garter directly at me and then everyone else ran away. Needless to say this little competition was totally fixed. There would be WWE wrestling fans sitting at home saying, "Come on! No one would believe that!". So it was that people came around and started asking about when we are getting married, and so on.

Well thankfully after that things went back to normal. My Girlfriend and I went back to her sisters place. We had a BBQ the next night to celebrate my girlfriends birthday, and all was forgotten.
